NHS 111 mental health option
For urgent mental health help in England when there is no immediate emergency. Call 111 and select the mental health option, or use NHS 111 online.
GP support
For ongoing or worsening symptoms, contact your GP surgery and explain what has changed and how it is affecting daily life.
NHS Talking Therapies
Adults in England can self refer for anxiety and depression. A diagnosed mental health condition is not required for self referral.
Local NHS mental health services
Use the NHS directory to find local mental health services, including routes through your GP, council and talking therapies.
